The American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association, ARCSA , provides training for the ASSE Rainwater Practitioner Certification program. The Inspector certification - ASSE 21130 - requires eight hours of classroom and/or workshop instruction. This online version of instruction serves to meet the requirements of ASSE for taking the certification exam for RHS Inspector.
